This journey began when two brothers-in-law took a trip to the Mecca of Nashville hot chicken – Los Angeles. Upon arriving, we couldn’t help but notice an influx of Nashville hot chicken restaurants and decided we had to give it a try. Bro’s Hot Chicken originated from a single life-changing bite, a bite that had flavor, tenderness, spice, sweetness, and crunch all in one. After five consecutive days of eating hot chicken, it was time to come back home to Miami. Only two days after arriving, the cravings were back, and we were addicted! We went on the hunt to find hot chicken here and were shocked to find out that it did not exist. Intrigued by this unique taste, we began our experimental journey. After countless attempts and many, many, many failures, we can officially say we have mastered the art of hot chicken.
